Conference fee and registration

REGISTRATION CLOSED

The registration fee includes conference proceedings, welcome cocktail reception, coffee breaks, lunch for May 12th, 14th and 15th, Gala dinner at the Restaurante Ruta del Veleta, and a guided night visit to the Alhambra. Fee refunds cannot be guaranteed in case of cancellation. If possible, refunds will be done after the conference, on a one-by-one basis.
 
The special registration package for persons accompanying regular participants includes the welcome cocktail reception, lunch for May 12th, 14th and 15th May, guided night visit to the Alhambra and Gala dinner at the Restaurante Ruta del Veleta.   
 
The registration desk will be open on the evening of May 11th, Monday, at the Instituto de Astrofisica de Andalucía, from 19:00 to 20:30, and all mornings of the conference at the Conference Venue, 30 min before the morning sessions and until the end of the cofffee break.
