Social program

The following social events are included in the registration fee for all participants: A special reduced fee for accompanying persons will cover admission to all social events. In addition, several tours in Granada and its environments will be proposed at interesting prices on afternoon, Wednesday 13th afternoon. Details will be provided at the registration desk. Advanced information can be obtained from the official travel agency for the conference. A bus will bring the participants from the Hotel Abades to the Alhambra for the night visit event. Tickets for the night visit to the Alhambra and Gala dinner will be included in your Conference Welcome Kit delivered at the registration desk. Please, keep them with you for those events !

Optional Tour
An optional Tour will be proposed to the participants for the afternoon of Wednesday 13th from 16h to 19h. The itinerary will include visits to the Royal Chapell, Cathedral and Cartuja, as well as a walk in the typical Albaicín quarter and visit of a cave in the gipsy Sacromonte. Please take into account that this is a walking tour and steep streets are found in the Albaicín. The price of the tour is 48 euros, including entrance fees and an english speaking guide. A minimum of 10 attendants is required. More details will be provided at the Registration Desk.
