CANUBE ProjectCANUBE is an Open Science Project granted by the Second Call for Proposals of the Bio-TIC Campus of International Excellence of the University of Granada (UGR). The project proposal is published as CANUBE: Ciencia Abierta en la NUBE with a CC-BY-SA licence, we will try to provide access as open as possible to all our performed jobs during the project.
From the objectives of the proposal:
You can follow our activities through the CANUBE Blog and the project Twitter account @canubeProject. We have also launched a CANUBE GitHub repository, where we will be working in the CANUBE different projects.
The members of the project belong to both the University of Granada as well to other organizations and companies. The AMIGA group contributes to CANUBE project in the development and diffusion of scientific workflows (mostly applied to astrophysics based on Virtual Observatory data and services), as well as in the promotion of widely used platforms for the design, execution, publising, sharing and re-use. (e.g. Taverna Workflow Management System, MyExperiment)
