So far the only existing tools are those for optical data (Aladin, VOSpec, SpecView…), and existing VO compliant protocols are SIAP and SSAP are also optically oriented. Thus, there is a need in the community for the development of such tools, specifically designed for radio data products. We have developed a Modular VO Interface for Radioastronomy (MOVOIR) which provides both a GUI for accessing the VO, and tools for adapting legacy software to use VO protocols. We have used the MOVOIR as the basis for bringing themassaandmadcubalegacy applications into the VO.
